Ok, so as of right now The Breakdowns are booking the summer tour! So far there is only one show confirmed and it will be held here:

Alright people, our big show is coming up! It's this Wednesday and is $5 at the door... I would also like to let you know that merchandise WILL be available at the show so bring the cheese! You better be there or "The Hamburgler" is gonna puke all over you!

Good news people! It looks like YOU are going to be able to listen to our songs again over the internet. Our good bud/manager Scotty, got us a PureVolume account. Let me explain, www.PureVolume.com is a website that pretty much replaced mp3.com. In my honest opinion I think that PureVolume is a much better site anyways. It seems to be more user friendly and doesn't involve that whole corporate mumbo-jumbo. One more thing folks, our account isn't approved yet, so your gonna have to hold on. I will let you know...by the way if you are browsing the PureVolume website, don't get us mixed up with that crappy hardcore band called "The Breakdown". Don't get it twisted sucka!

There was a drum clinic today at the Eagle Lounge on Catalina Street, in the lovely city of Redondo. Ray Luzier of The David Lee Roth Band was holding the clinic. He happened to ask for a Breakdowns demo, so of course I gave him the new and old demo. That is about it.-Stay Dead

Two updates in one day? So today was awesome! I met Warren from the Vandals at Stall # 2 Recording Studio and gave him a Breakdowns demo. Warren was producing a band from Japan called Nictotine! They are really rad. I was also lucky enough to meet the members of DIO at Total Access Recorders. In other news I talked to the head honcho of AMI Productions (Jani), which happens to be the biggest South Bay Punk promotion group in the South Bay area. Problem is, is that you Breakdowns fans are all underage and AMI books mostly bars and non-all ages shows. So hopefully Until What End and AMI can help us out.

Ok, there was supposed to be some little poo head show tonight (Friday) in Lunada Bay called "The Awakening" but of course cookie monster is in Santa Cruz. "The Awakening", if i'm not mistaken is a showcase for live local teen bands, which we are not (teens). If you would still like to attend anyways it is at 8-10:30 and is $7. Sorry of the lack of updates. Site is updated
with new pics. The Breakdows have recently entered the
Milano Music Studio to record 3 new songs! The
Breakdowns are in the process of booking shows
for the months of May and June and are looking to enter
the studio once again. The site will be
updated on a regular basis, so check back often for show dates and such.
